The Queens Theatre Department presents “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” a musical comedy horror film produced in 1975. The show stars a loving couple, a few lost monsters and a sweet transvestite from transsexual Transylvania.
The cast invites everyone to come sing and dance through a “campy, sloppy salute to horror movies and sexual liberation.” Make sure to come with a sense of humor and a piece of toast (experienced viewers should know what this means).
Performances will take place from March 20-23. Times of the show will be on Thursday, March 20, at 6 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, March 21-22, at 8 p.m. and midnight; and Sunday, March 23, at 2 p.m.
The show will take place at the Hadley Theater, on Queens campus behind Hall Brown Overcash Residence Hall. The admission fee is $5 for students and $10 for the general public.
