Campus Police has released a list of campus safety incidents occurring between Feb. 10-March 11:
- Damage to property in Hayes Residence Hall
- Lost or stolen property in the Levine Center for Wellness and Recreation
- Drug offense: possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, University Police violation
- Fraud (giving false information to a police officer), liquor law violation (underage consumption)
- Verbal dispute between students
- Trespassing
- Communicating threats
- Damage to property in South parking deck;
- Liquor law violation (underage consumption)
- Stolen laptop in Wireman Residence Hall
- Damage to University property (grounds)
- Drug offense: Possession of a controlled substance
- Suspicious Person in North Residence Hall
- Stolen property in the Sports Complex
- Theft from vehicle in the Harris Welcome Center parking lot
- Liquor law violation (underage consumption)
- Larceny/theft and damage to property
- Damage to property (discharged fire extinguisher)
- Vehicle accident in the Fine Arts Center parking lot
Safety tip:
Keep books, electronics and other valuables out of sight. Expensive items in full view invite theft, even in a locked vehicle. Don’t advertise the types of equipment you have in your vehicle. Place valuable items in the trunk, not in the front or back seats.
